New 2 Principalship: Collaborative Coaching Series
New for 2024-25! TASA is partnering with N2 Learning to offer a collaborative coaching series for new principals called New 2 Principalship! Through the program, small groups of new principals will have the opportunity to meet online monthly, accompanied by experienced coaches, to address common issues faced by new principals.

Who Should Attend
This series is designed especially for new principals (1-3 years of experience). More experienced principals should consider the N2 Learning Principals’ Institute.
New Principals Will Have the Opportunity to:
- Collaborate about leadership strategies for personal and professional success.
- Discuss innovative solutions to today’s leadership challenges.
- Network with principals from various districts.
- Journal discussions and ideas for future reference.
- Develop a monthly calendar to guide cycles of future work.
- Expand relationships and accountability with fellow principals.

Logistics
When: Monthly, as arranged, for small groups of six participants (five principals and a coach) for 10 months of the year
Where: Online via 90-minute Zoom sessions
What: Discussion of timely leadership topics for new principals and opportunities to share experiences and learn from others
Cost: $2,500 per principal for 10, 90-minute online collaborative coaching sessions.
