TASA partners with N2 Learning to offer the Assistant Principal Leadership Academy (APL), which not only prepares assistant principals to take on the role of principal, but also helps them to grow as transformational leaders. APL has a virtual cohort as well as regional cohorts that meet in-person. The regional cohorts allow assistant principals to learn alongside peers from neighboring districts and allow districts to minimize travel expenses for attendees. The academy includes six, half-day sessions throughout the school year.

8:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. on the following dates:
Session 1: October 7, 2026
Session 2: November 4, 2026
Session 3: December 9, 2026

Session 5: March 3, 2027
Session 6: March 31, 2027
CPE Credit
Participants receive 24 TEA Approved CPE credits.
