For 2023-24, TASA will reboot our School Transformation Network as a professional development program with monthly virtual meetings October through April.

2023-24 School Transformation Network Session Schedule/Topics

Network events will be held virtually on the following Tuesdays, 10 a.m.-11:15 a.m.:

• October 17, 2023: Board Relations / Transitions to Lead and Support School Transformation
• November 7, 2023: Finance / HR / Compensation in School Transformation
• December 12, 2023: 2024-25 School Finance and Budgets (based on Special Session)
• February 20, 2024: School Safety and School Transformation Intersections
• March 26, 2024: Budgeting for 2024-25 to Support School Transformation
• April 23, 2024: Maintenance / Operations for School Transformation

STN members will also be invited to attend an optional in-person session during the 2024 TASA Midwinter Conference in January 2024.

Registration

Registration for the 2023-24 School Transformation Network is now open. Participation is by district subscription (added to the superintendent’s membership).

How Superintendents May Subscribe 

1. Log in (to the superintendent’s account) in the TASA Member Services Center.
2. Click on the Membership tab at the top of the screen.
3. Click on the Membership Signup button.
4. Click on the + sign next to the superintendent’s name.
5. When presented with the list of options to add to the superintendent’s membership, scroll down to “School Transformation Network 2023-24.”
6. Click on the box next to “District Subscription.” The price shown should be correct for your district’s size (see list above).

Before each virtual event, all TASA members in districts with STN subscriptions will receive an email with a Zoom access link.
