“One of the things that’s really working well in Hamshire-Fannett ISD is our support groups. We’ve assigned auxiliary staff to a manageable group of teachers. All staff have Google Voice phone numbers, so auxiliary staff continuously contact parents and teachers to facilitate communication. This is relieving teachers of that burden so they can focus on creating activities, grading, and other things that take more time to create than the traditional teaching activities.”
