New! Leading with Courage Virtual Leadership & Executive Coaching Series

New for 2025-26! Leading with Courage: Core Practices of Bold Leadership is a virtual leadership and executive coaching series offered by TASA. This engaging series includes four 90-minute sessions featuring TED Talk-style presentations, expert panels, and small group discussions.

Designed to enhance leadership skills and foster connections, the program also includes optional group or one-on-one executive coaching, a bonus career-prep session, and access to the TASA Connect online community for resources and networking.

Leading with Courage is open to all campus and district leaders! If you are an assistant principal, principal, central office administrator, assistant / associate / deputy superintendent, or superintendent, this virtual leadership series is for you!



Schedule

Four 90-minute sessions on Tuesdays from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.:

Session 1: September 30, 2025
Session 2: December 9, 2025
Session 3: February 10, 2026
Session 4: April 7, 2026

Bonus “Preparing for Your Next Step” Résumé and Interview Prep Session: March 3, 2026



What to Expect

Four 90-minute virtual sessions with impactful, relevant leadership content including TED Talk-style presentations by seasoned leaders with real-world experience, expert panel discussions, and small group discussions for deeper learning and meaningful connections
Depending on the package you choose, you may add on four GROUP executive coaching sessions or four INDIVIDUAL executive coaching sessions led by TASA Executive Coaching Network coaches to help you reflect, grow, and take action
All participants have full access to a curated library of exemplar résumés, entry plans, and interview questions via TASA Connect, an online community platform where you’ll also find networking and support
All participants are also invited to a bonus session on résumé and interview prep!


