About Me

With more than 20 years of education experience and nearly five years of experience serving as a professional coach, I am on a mission to help individuals and leaders uncover their true potential. In 2020, I transitioned from full-time employment to becoming a Certified Professional Coach.

I continue to serve TASA as Associate Executive Director, Professional Learning & Member Engagement, in a part-time, fully remote capacity. Through my coaching practice, Unbinded Life, I partner with clients to align their choices with their values and dreams, providing a nurturing space for growth and self-discovery. My coaching expertise empowers individuals to navigate challenges, foster self-awareness, and design lives and careers true to their authentic selves.

As an executive coach, I rely on my prior and current leadership experiences of serving as an elementary assistant principal, high school principal, superintendent, and town council member and civic leader to partner with clients to help them unlock solutions to the leadership challenges they face.

As a Certified Professional Coach through iPEC Coaching, I am equipped with transformational tools that enable me to help individuals unlock their full potential. My unique blend of coaching and extensive leadership experience guides individuals and organizations toward sustainable growth and fulfillment.
