TASA will host a 90-minute Live Virtual Event on planning and budgeting for declining enrollment, which Texas school districts of all sizes and demographic makeups are facing. The event will be a moderated panel discussion featuring superintendents who will share their experiences, best practices, and ideas and discuss the importance of a well-developed plan and strategic approach to tackling the challenges resulting from declining enrollment.
