TASA is excited to announce that Dr. Kelli Moulton, who recently retired as superintendent of Galveston ISD, will serve Regions 12, 13, 14, and 15 as a TASA member service representative. TASA’s member service reps serve as an extension of the TASA staff, dedicating their time to support individual TASA members in their respective regions.
“We are excited to welcome Kelli Moulton as a new TASA member service representative,” said TASA Executive Director Kevin Brown. “As an exemplary superintendent herself who has served in many leadership roles within TASA, Kelli will provide tremendous support to our members in the field.”
The roles of a TASA member service representative are many, from welcoming new administrators to supporting those who’ve been in their positions for an extended period of time and find themselves in need of a mentor.
Moulton has been a Texas educator for over 25 years, serving as a teacher, coach, assistant principal, principal, director of secondary curriculum, assistant superintendent, and superintendent. In 2002, she was selected Region 16 Principal of the Year and in 2016 she was recognized as Region 16 Superintendent of the Year.
Prior to serving as Galveston ISD superintendent, Moulton held the position in Hereford ISD in Region 16. She resides in Corsicana.
