TASA will launch a brand-new Member Services Center (MSC) in April 2024! The new MSC will feature a more user-friendly interface and will be where you will:

  • View and make changes to your contact information, including your title and organization, on file with TASA. New: You’ll be able to update your communications preferences, upload a photo, and more!
  • Join/renew membership(s) in TASA as well as AASA, TABSE, TALAS, and TCWSE. New: You’ll be able to easily view the status of all your memberships and district subscriptions!
  • Register and manage your registrations for TASA professional learning opportunities. New: You’ll be able to transfer event registrations to colleagues without having to call TASA!
  • Enjoy even more benefits in the coming months as we unwrap the full capability of our new MSC.

To complete a smooth rollout of the new MSC, we must shut down our current MSC on Thursday, March 14. This means that you will not be able to log in to the TASA Member Services Center or post jobs to the TASA Career Center from March 14 through early April. If you have started but not finished any transactions in the MSC (memberships or event registrations), please be sure to log in prior to 5 p.m., Wednesday, March 13, to complete the transactions. When the MSC shuts down, all incomplete transactions will be lost and you will need to restart them in the new MSC upon its launch.

While the MSC is Shut Down

  • You will not be able to post jobs to the Career Center, but you can still see the listing of jobs posted as of March 14.
  • Event registration (except for the TASA Live Virtual Event) and new membership/renewal processing will be paused during the shutdown.
  • If you have a question about your TASA membership or registration status for a TASA event or program during the shutdown, you may email or call 512.477.6361.
  • Once we launch the new MSC, you will have the opportunity to update your contact information, but if you have a change that cannot wait (your email address changes and you don’t want to miss a single issue of TASA Daily), please email or call 512.477.6361 to provide us with the new information right away.

Once the New MSC is Live

Once our new system is live, we will send current TASA MSC users an email with your username and a personalized link that will make it easy for you to log in to your new MSC account for the first time (and will ensure your new account is linked to the information in your current MSC account). When you receive that email, please take immediate action to follow the instructions provided to confirm your new account information. Timely action will ensure you are ready to go when you want to use the MSC to update your profile information, register for an event, or renew your TASA membership.
