The Future-Ready Superintendents Leadership Network (FRSLN) is a superintendent-designed and superintendent-led group of future-focused school leaders who gather for events that provide authentic learning experiences throughout the school year.
The 2023-24 FRSLN events are still under development by the all-superintendent FRSLN Design Team, but past experiences have focused on topics including: establishing a culture of organizational transformation; future-ready leadership; using voice and choice to cultivate curiosity; social and emotional wellness; and personalized, digital, and profound learning.
Superintendents chosen to be part of the 2023-24 FRSLN will have the opportunity to participate in the following two-day, in-person events. Day 1 is typically 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., followed by a group dinner. Day 2 is typically 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Sponsorship is for one of four dinners held in conjunction with the three sessions and includes an invitation for one of your organization’s representatives to attend/observe the event you sponsor starting at lunchtime on Day 1, with a verbal introduction of them made after lunch or at the close of the meeting on Day 1. Your rep may also attend the dinner that evening.
