About Me

I serve as superintendent in Crosby ISD and, to give back to the profession, also serve as an executive coach, offering a blend of coaching and leadership prowess that guides individuals and organizations toward sustainable growth and fulfillment.

Armed with innovative and transformational tools and a deep commitment to fostering meaningful change, both professionally and within my leadership roles, I work to be a strong voice in leadership development and district improvement.

I previously served in central administrative roles in Sheldon ISD. I have served as an elementary principal, director of professional development, assistant superintendent of curriculum and instruction, chief academic officer, and deputy superintendent of academic services.

I am proud to serve on the TASA Executive Committee as an at-large member and as president of the Region 4 chapter of the Texas Council of Women School Executives (TCWSE). I recently received the Bravo Award from the TCWSE state organization. In 2023, I was named among the Top 30 Most Influential Women of Houston and was an inaugural recipient of the HAABSE Pinnacle Award.

In addition to my professional endeavors, I am the proud parent of two young adult sons. I enjoy golfing, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
