About Me

I am a dedicated and seasoned executive leader and professional executive coach who facilitates a growth mindset in others so they have the tools to step into their greatness no matter the organization, title or place. My professional journey from a school teacher to a C-suite level executive is a testimony that, with hard work, dedication, and the right people to help guide and support you, anything is possible.

In 2023, I transitioned from a successful career as a chief human resources and strategic transformation officer for one of the largest school districts in Texas to becoming an executive coach and talent service consultant, offering leaders help with any aspect of the talent cycle.

I earned a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Houston-Victoria and then transitioned from a teacher-leader role into an administrator role in organizational development before moving into district leadership roles in organizational development, human resources, and strategic planning.

While serving in these leadership capacities, I developed the first-ever employee onboarding experience in my district and launched a comprehensive leadership experience program, including coaching leaders across the district. It is during this time I received formal training with IPEC, an ICF-accredited coach training program, to become a coach. I am a certified Energy Leadership Index (ELI) administrator as well as a certified Hogan Assessments administrator, all aimed at building better leaders.
