About Me

I am a seasoned, forward-thinking educational leader and professional executive coach with a passion for developing and fostering an environment of excellence and achievement.

My 33 years in public education were all in Joshua ISD, where I served 30 of those years in administration. I was a campus-level administrator, director of curriculum, assistant superintendent for curriculum and instruction, and superintendent. I have a proven track record as a school superintendent for leading and sustaining a high-performing school district. During my 10-year tenure as superintendent, I was committed to servant leadership and leading my district to excellence.

In 2023, I transitioned from my work in public education to becoming an executive coach. As an executive coach, I strive to guide individuals to develop and foster an environment of sustainable excellence, growth, and achievement. I am very committed to helping my coaching clients make transformational changes, both professionally and personally, to reach their potential as extremely successful leaders.

In addition to my professional endeavors, I enjoy spending time with my family. I have been married to my husband, Craig, for more than 30 years, and I’m the proud parent of two grown children.
