Albany ISD Superintendent Jonathan Scott has been elected to represent Region 14 on the TASA Executive Committee for the 2024-26 term, replacing Abilene ISD Superintendent David Young. Scott ran unopposed, and following TASA operating procedures, is elected to the position. He will serve June 1, 2024, to May 31, 2026.

Seats on the TASA Executive Committee representing odd-numbered ESC regions will be up for election in 2025.
During the TASA Executive Committee’s regular meeting on Wednesday, March 27, they will elect the 2024-25 TASA vice president.
