TASA’s new Member Services Center (MSC) is live! Here’s what to do this week and what to look forward to.
Check Your Email
On Thursday, April 11, we sent current TASA members and other non-member MSC users an email. It contained:
- username (the email address used to log in to the old MSC)
- a personalized link that will make it easy to log in to the new MSC for the first time (and will ensure the new account is linked to the old MSC account)
If you received that email, please take immediate action (on your desktop or laptop computer rather than your phone) to follow the instructions provided to confirm your new account information. For TASA members, using the link provided in the email is very important. It ensures your new MSC account shows your current membership status and provides you with the right level of access.
Timely action will ensure you are ready to go when you want to use the MSC to update your profile information, register for an event, or renew your TASA membership.
If you do not receive that email, don’t worry. Read “Getting Started: Create a New Login” and take the appropriate steps to create your login.
Inside the New MSC
Upon launch, the new MSC is where you can:
- View and make changes to your contact information, including title and organization, on file with TASA.
- See your current membership status.
- Join/renew membership for the current 2023-24 school year with TASA as well as AASA, TABSE, TALAS, and TCWSE. You may currently join/renew ONLY for the 2023-24 membership year, which ends August 31, 2024. TASA does not prorate dues. We will open membership/renewals for the 2024-25 school year in August. TASA memberships are NOT refundable or transferable.
- View and search online TASA member directories for member contact information.
- New: You’ll be able to update your communications preferences, upload a photo, and more!
