DESCRIPTION:Given since 1964\, the Golden Deeds for Education Award is considered the most coveted award in Texas public education. TASA and the Texas A&M University Department of Educational Administration and Human Resource Development co-present the award annually. \nThe Golden Deeds recipient is nominated through a statewide nominating committee\, which consists of school district superintendents from across Texas. DESCRIPTION:TASA partners with N2 Learning to offer the Assistant Principal Leadership Academy (APL)\, which not only prepares assistant principals to take on the role of principal\, but also helps them to grow as transformational leaders. APL has a virtual cohort as well as regional cohorts that meet in-person.
