Kirtman has asked Karen Rue\, former Texas superintendent and nationally known school leader\, to lead the Texas Executive Leadership Groups — cohorts of eight to 11 Texas superintendents who meet for a series of virtual sessions. \nCohorts are small\, intimate groups\, limited to eight to 10 members\, with the purpose of engaging in meaningful discussions about the challenges and competencies of superintendent leadership in developing creative\, positive school cultures. You’ll leave the sessions with a renewed sense of purpose and a connected network of colleagues who understand the complexities of one of the greatest jobs in education. \nWho Should Register\n\nThe 2022 Executive Leadership Group is limited to eight to 11 participants\, so registration is open only to active Texas school superintendents. For the past 13 years\, Hartsfield has represented school administrators (primarily superintendents and university presidents/chancellors) and city managers in their contractual and employment relationships. Hartsfield serves as general counsel to TASA. \n \nAt TCG Advisory Services\, LLC\, a HUB International company (TCG)\, Mason Moses focuses on helping individuals lead a healthier financial life by mapping out strategies and actionable financial plans to meet their specific goals.
