For the past 13 years\, Hartsfield has represented school administrators (primarily superintendents and university presidents/chancellors) and city managers in their contractual and employment relationships. Hartsfield serves as general counsel to TASA. \n \nAt TCG Advisory Services\, LLC\, a HUB International company (TCG)\, Mason Moses focuses on helping individuals lead a healthier financial life by mapping out strategies and actionable financial plans to meet their specific goals. By focusing on developing and improving all aspects of their well-being – mental\, social-emotional\, physical – participants will come to the leadership table with a level of fitness that enables them to lead from a position of strength and clarity – all day every day. The program is open to all campus and district leaders! If you are an assistant principal\, principal\, central office administrator\, assistant / associate / deputy superintendent\, or superintendent\, Breakaway Leadership is for you! \nPhysical Exam Recommended\nParticipants will be asked to schedule and complete a full physical check-up with their personal physician before beginning the program in January. To that end\, the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB) and TASA partner to host the TASA/TASB Legislative Conference each legislative session to provide school leaders with an opportunity to learn about important education legislation and meet with legislators at the Texas Capitol. \nDuring the 2025 conference\, to be held February 18\, TASA and TASB Governmental Relations staff will update attendees on legislative activities and proposed bills\, preparing attendees to meet with legislators and staff.
