TASA’s First-Time Superintendents Academy (FTSA) — the go-to training for beginning Texas superintendents for nearly 30 years — has been designed around the most important learning outcomes for first- and second-year superintendents.
Day One: 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. (breakfast, lunch)
Day Two: 8:30 a.m. – noon (breakfast)

A rate of $147 per night is available from Tuesday, November 2, to Thursday, November 9.
The deadline to take advantage of the group rate is Friday, October 23.

Any One of the Four Sessions
- $295 (member / non-member)
There are no cancellations for individual academy sessions; however, if you cannot attend a session you registered for, you may attend the same session the following year. If you are registered for Session 3 of the First-Time Superintendents Academy but unable to attend, please complete this cancellation/substitution request form. If you must cancel your participation in the academy as a whole, there is a cancellation fee of $75.
